Customized Ultra-hardness Unitized Wheels provide efficient grinding solutions for tungsten carbide coatings in oil and gas development, ensuring reliable support for smooth drilling operations. We will continue to strive to provide high-quality products and services, promoting the development and progress of the oil and gas development field together with our customers.
The surface hardness of the downhole drilling motors in this solution is HV0.3 > 1200, with the polished surface being the spiral tooth bottom and tooth flank. It requires the removal of defects such as pitting formed by surface spraying, and the finished surface roughness after grinding is ≤Ra0.8μm. To meet the strict requirements of customers for surface quality, we chose high-quality silicon carbide blend abrasives. This material not only has excellent wear resistance and cutting force but also can maintain stability in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, ensuring consistent surface treatment effects of the abrasive wheel throughout its service life. This not only ensures the stability and wear resistance of the abrasive wheel during use but also ensures the smoothness and accuracy of the drill pipe surface.
